Positive: The property is gorgeous and one of a kind! It is private, safe, comfortable, and beautiful. The shared space is very well stocked.

Absolutely amazing! Positive: The property was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Gorgeous views, farm animals all around, and the house itself was amazing. Fully stocked shared kitchen with every appliance you could want, and even a microwave, mini fridge, coffee machine and couch in our room in case we didn’t want to use the kitchen or shared living room. Washer and dryer were a MASSIVE plus! Hot tub was great too. It was beautifully decorated and it was very obvious that a tremendous amount of thought and effort was put into the property. Negative: When booking, I was sketched out that there weren’t many reviews. I learned that it’s because it a new place and doesn’t host too many people at a time!! So definitely don’t let the small number of reviews deter you :)

We had a really wonderful time at this beautiful house with ocean view. The shared rooms are well equipped, we found everything we need. We could absolutely recommend this place. Thank you Susan for hosting us.

We stayed here for one night in June 2025 and had a fantastic experience. The house itself is gorgeous, with tons of unique details. The rooms are on two floors, with a common area on each one including a kitchen (and a game room for the kids on the top one). There are great views from the house, over the farmland and out to the ocean. The farm has pigs, goats, turkeys, and chickens that you can easily see playing around. The hosts are friendly and made the process very easy. Highly recommended!
